    anyone do a wanted ad on craigslist for trikes?

    Ive got this pathetic atc70 project that I was going to start, but found a nice runner shortly after. After getting new fenders for the runner, I decided to throw a wanted atc parts ad on craigslist. first call I get is a 83 200X ( I posted pics). I got it for 200 bucks, it runs and all, I just bought the front brakes off ebay and had a set of rear wheels/tires so Im now into it for 252 dollars and need to order rear brake pads and its pretty much complete (Brake fluid works great to remove paint!). Anyway, sitting at home sunday evening and I get a call from a guy thats got a atc70 that he wants to sell. Basically its a running trike, everything works. just the rear plastics got some cracks. (I got a spare set of brand new ebay fenders). We go back and forth on the price but basically he says he'd let it go for 200 bucks. So what was going to be parts for my builder is gettting new plastics and I just need to order a new switch to make it complete. I got my 86 250R the same way, guy called and said he needed to get rid of his 250R, I got it with a title for $600! Im just wondering what may pop up this weekend. jim

    I've tried and so has others on jersey craigslist only to get flagged by a few aholes. when you post asking why you'll get a reply post, never an email,telling you to put it on the wanted page. So you do that and another ahole will flag you again. Ask for R parts and your ad will last 5 min tops. Last year I got so pissed off I got a few freinds that got a few freinds and so on to post wanted ads on motorcycle sec. over 1000 ads in one day asking for almost the same thing and it drove the flaggers crazy. everytime they flagged an ad it was put right back up and I thought it was a sweet revenge
