Questions about after market race frames for 90/110s

So i was thinking, for the price for me to get my stock frame powder coated i could probably get a new frame for not too much more...maybe

so i have a few questions
What is the big advantage to a race frame? what makes them so desirable?
Is everything bolt on or is their normally a bit of Fab work? i can handle some custom things but if welding and cutting is needed its kind of a turn off for me.
How does the rear seat lach on? with the 84 their is an internal lever that locks the seat.
Did anyone make a frame that would work for an 84 110? i want to keep my style of fenders and im not sure how the year situations work on these.
What are the Cons to getting a race frame? other than price and finding one why wouldn't i want one?

how much does the average one cost? i dont want rear suspension frame i just want a simpler basic nice frame.
If any of you might have one for sale send me a PM with details and ill probably be buying within a month if i choose to go this route.

Longer , stronger , and most frames everthing is a bolt on deal including the seat latch . Your fenders will work also .

now i just need to find one and hope the price works. i did some searching on the site and saw you don't have anymore frames, that was about 4 weeks ago. still that way?
i guess ill have to post a wanted add and hope
