    a noob and after market rear axle shafts

    can i still get one for an 87 200x, maybe +2 or something? who makes em, tings to avoid, other model stock application replacement?

    i gotta get one anyways and this is holding me up bigtime. i really need to get this sorted out, i surely dont have enough experience to guess on parts interchange.

    +5 85 200X NASA axle will work. You will need to use the 85 sprocket, sprocket hub, brake hub, lock nuts and you will need to get axle seals that accomodate the 86 carrier and the 85 axle. You will also need to make some clearence for the sprocket hub bolts. I ended up shaving some of the carrier down. 7 left on ebay (not me).

    Edit: a stock 85 axle will work as well and give you +3 or 4 I think.

    i seen that in your build thread, just was too much of a ratard to pick up on the details.

    wanna sell it? lol
    my parts are in awful condition, and would like to source much better parts. do you by chance have a part number for those fancy seals and more pictures of you carrier grinding?

    did some diggin and a honda seal from an 84 250R is the correct seal for this app. this seal is 42mm ID and the 87 is 44mm.
