    Yeah, and ride without a helmet. Personally I think a helmet law should be enforced there.

    We have a few small towns around Manitoba where ATV's are allowed on the streets. They don't get into any issues like signals, tires, etc. Its sort of a recognition of the need to pass through towns on trails, get gas, etc. They do the same thing with snowmobiles too. All off road vehicles around here have to be plated if taken off your own land. It guarantees liability insurance.
