I have been doing some looking around and this looks like THE sight for 3 wheelers! I just picked up a 84 200s I am going to make it into a fat tired 2 wheeler trail hunting rig. I plan on running a jackshaft to move the chain over and to use it as the suspension pivots. My main problem is the #520 chain.

I was hoping to use 3/4 keyed stock for the jackshaft and 1" or 11/4" for the rear axle. The problem is finding gears 520 gears for keyed stock. I found a bunch of #41 gears at grainier. I also found some #420 chain with 5000lb tinsel strength so I figured it should be strong enough. If I could change everything over to 420 it would make life a lot easier. So what is the size of the drive shaft on a 200s?

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
