have you adjusted the carb at all yet? i dont know about yamahas because i have never had, or worked on one, but turn the needles in all the way, making sure that you dont torque them in, and bring them out 1 to 2 turns, and work it from there...also, make sure its not in gear and give it a bit of throttle while pulling it. dont know if this will help, but yeah, thats all i got.
a motor needs fuel, spark, timing, and compression .eliminate them one at time till you find the culprit

got spark, fuel, and compression. idk about timing. is the float supposed to be able to go up n down freely?
yes - the float should operate up and down freely - this is what fills the carb bowl with gas - it is like the same concept at in the back of your toilet under the top lid.
put a little gas down the spark plug hole and see if it will fire.

how can i check to see if its in combustion chamber? i tried fuel in spark plug hole. no fire. got a new NGK plug got no spark for some reason no spark. old spark has spark new one doesnt... cdi someone said? thanks for your activity everyone.
what the numbers on the new plug, did you gap it?should be ngk d7ea right

Yup its a D7EA. pre gapped.NGK of course. just cleaned carb it is and was clean. but just gumouted it to make sure. should my inlet valve be able to come in n out super easily? like if i tip the body upside down the inlet valve falls out.
oh and my plug isnt wet. when its in n i pull it over.
Then you're not getting fuel into the cylinder. You may have to adjust your floats.

i adjusted my float drastically down and up. seems to make no difference.
alright guys my carb is clean, fuels getting in there. i have spark. and it pulls over with the same amount of pressure as my other machine so i dont think its a compression issue. i dont know what to do next. tried gas in the cylinder, starting fluid in cylinder and on air filter. i just dont know which way to turn on this.
try to pop start by pulling it with another machine
^^^That'll fix everything.^^^
