    Tri-Z Opinions

I know the picture doesn't show much but this is what he sent me. A guy would like to trade for my Honda 200X. He says it runs great but needs a clutch cable and chain. Are there any problem areas or anything special I should be looking at on this. Any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated as he would like for me to look at it this weekend.

looks like a clean trike, although ive never learned how to drive clutch and stuff and dont know how much it costs to replace the cable and all that but it does look fairly decent. it would be nice to know what condition your 200 is in. ask him if he can let you hear it run. if it were me id just ask him to send a video of it running or have him start it over the phone, and describe rust, and plastic conditions. compare your trike to his. as for specific detail, because i wouldnt take any chances with something like this. hope this helps but im kind of a noob so...yea

thats a pretty clean well kept trike, really nice. the tri-z might be, i cant really tell from the picture. but i guess it all depends on what your looking for in a wheeler. from what ive heard about the tri-z your looking at some serious speed right there. and recently ive been going kind of trike crazy and ive been looking for projects so i can experiment and mod the crap out of them, the tri-z would be a fun chance to experiment. but its better safe then sorry so id try and get some serious detail on the tri-z before you trade anything. if it runs nice, the carbs clean, doesnt make any noises that it shouldnt, the gas tank is clean, the suspension is holding up, all it needs is a shine up, and your okay with the price for the cable and chain id say go for it.
