250sx with an 8 inch front wheel?

i just looked at a 250 sx 85 and the rear tires were 9 inch and the front was 8 inch.

but it looked like it fit ok.

wonder if someone wrecked and changed the forks and front wheel/hub.

Never seen one in person so I can't even guess

they changed rears...all 250sx has 8" front and rears, most people go to 9" rears to get better selction of tires. for example i had 9" aftermarked wheels with 22" realtors, i had a 8x11x22 front cheng chin knobby. so your fine.

    wow thanks

I dont really need another trike but this one starts, runs, needs front brake handle,

    and muffler is real loud.

guy wants 800 for it but it's just a regular dirty running machine, nothing fancy, tires are worn out but will last a season.

I usually get them for 2-300 and put 10 hrs into them.
the olympic carb wrestling match, swing arm bearings or some equally death defying resurrection.

now that I write this, it sounds expensive to me.

If i sell an older 84 BR for 400 today and a boat motor I never use, I'll have a good trike I will use every day of the year...so I guess it's all relative.
