The stock 86-87 front sprocket has 13 teeth.
Smaller front sprocket = more low-end.
Larger front sprocket = more top-end.
If you are running 20" tires in the back instead of the stock 22", you can move up to a 14 tooth sprocket and it will put it back to a stock-like setup.
