New to the board
Has anyone ever tried or succeeded in putting a 450r axle in a 350x swingarm? I am curious if it would fit and what I would need to do it, new carrier and bearings whatever is needed. I googled and searched the site but couldn't find anything but the 450r swingarm conversion, I already have the 350x swinger but can get a 450r axle for free from my buddy. Thanks guys.

It has to be milled down, shock linkage ears welded on the frame and either use a 250R shock, 450R shock (stiff) or find something else.
Dust caps are eliminated, thrust washers on the sides - quite a bit to it........

I'm avoiding the old stuff like the plague.......
The next build will have all 08 TRX450 quad running gear. Cheap and replaceable for years.
I can mill the 450 swingarm for people but you have to fab and weld 2 ears onto the 350X frame and it has to be done WELL.
