Help please Honda Atc 110

Hi I cracked my casing and changed it but now it won't spark . I cleaned the fly wheel and the magneto but still no spark Its really frustrating me has any one got any ideas what's wrong . As it started perfect before . Please help regards Daniel

im guessing you took off a side cover? changed what? and now it wont spark? but it had spark before you did any of this?
what did you do? lol

I was the side casing I took the fly wheel off the magneto off and took the casing off then put the new casing on and put it back together . It worked fine before started first time everytime . The fly wheel and magneto was fill of rust though . Does the flywheel need grease inside ?

why did you have to put a new casing on it? no the fly wheel stays dry. check all of your connections again and get a manual to help you out. you did something wrong if it worked before and now doesn't

Obviously when you had the cover off, you did something different. Go by a manual, best answer for all of your questions.

I put a new casing on because I didn't pout the low range gear cog back on right and it broke off and took the casing with it . Is there any kill switches on these as I did have to tip it on it's side it a 110 1985

I did hit the fly wheel a few times with a as It was a bit tricky to come off could this of done anything?

aaaahhhhhhhhh, did you use the manual to take it apart and put together?what were you doing in there in the first place,the first time?

No I didn't use the manual as I havnt got 1 . it looked pretty straight forward . My casing broke where the high and low gear box was so it had to be changed . I'm gonna give it another go tomorow Im gonna really clean up the fly wheel and the magneto to see if will give me a spark . This is my first. Trike as I think there great and my partners just got a field for her horses so I really need it back to normal asap to carry water
