Neat, was considering something like that for my kids. What's the other 3-wheeler in the background? Is that a 'German Sheppard'?, just kidding with ya my friend.
    83' 200x (son's). 85' 200 auto-x & 85' 125m (daughters). 84' Tecate(?). 85' KXT Tecate (mine!, mine!, mine!.)+ some others but don't feel like typing them in.

    here are some detail pics
    the hubs i machined:

The whole axle setup is bolted to the stock swingarm. the two outer pieces are turnable and the bearings are excentric so i can thight the chain by turning them. i`m thinking about building a complete aluminum swingarm.

next thing to do is lowering the rearend and put the rear fender on

the triples are machined out of 20mm aluminum and the steering stops are bolted on. the forks are off an suzuki rg 80 because they are shorter than de originals

The front wheel is off an noname atv for kids. i machined the axle and fronthub. i dont plan on using a frontbrake. the reartires are gocart raintires (they got no air in them right now)

in this pic a kx conversion is shown which uses a rearend setup that looks almost like mine. (i found this pic after i built my setup and was surprised that somebody already went this way)

    back on it...

so, winters here again and i finally found some time and a rear fender for it. still needs a bit of trimming but i think it looks alright in size and shape. i also added a shorter dogbone so it sits a bit lower in the rear. i already bought green car wrapping foil to color the fender. got it off ebay for one buck, i think it's for a 50cc quad. next step is fabricating new tripples to get less rake and mofe the forks forward to get some more steerig angle.

I like it. What are the rear fenders from? Are the rims all 6 inch wheels? Looks like a blast!
