Harry, So now you are holding out on brake discs!!! LOL Is the waterjet table computer controlled so he can duplicate these discs easily? Is that a stainless disc? How much? Quantity discounts for 2 or 4 discs? I sure would like to have 3 sets of discs, one for each Tiger. My front disc is so warped. I just put your parts in a box and nice and foam and paper and bubble wrapped and extra cardboard lined as well. I'll send you the parts and let me know what else I owe you for your time and materials. I'm still trying to find a close place with a forklift. Maybe I could just back my truck up to the trailer and unload it in that? I asked if it could be dropped off at work and they just himmed and hawed, and never really gave me an answer. Sorry for stealing your thread ADOR.
ADOR, get those extensions off of that atc70. That is an accident waiting to happen. Talk to blue27 about front suspension for that beastie. He'll hook you up with that as well as your Tiger fenders and bits and any info needed. Looks like you may be bugging me for some parts. LOL

That's fine, i am sure i have "stole" some of the pictures you have put up on this board tiger wise and will have to bother you one of these days for a measurement/advice, lol.

I have always used those extensions, my dad believed in them. We used them on a 185s that dad had me mud racing. Extenders on the FT, 3 or 4 inch per side axle extenders, 200 top end plus bored, low to mid cam, clutch work. Been kind of retired out now, just regular riding, but we still have all our jets, sprockets and etc. Right now 4 three wheelers have those extenders. I found that 70 in a local junkyard nearly complete. Had a motorcycle gas tank on it and the motor was free but they had completely screwed up the crank where all the pull start goes on it. The engine on it now is off of a 70 dirt bike i found in the same yard, got it back together now, but still trouble shooting it. The month after i got that 70 i talked to the yard owner about getting a couple of more atc's out of his yard. He said hell no one has bought parts for them in years from him. I could have all i wanted for scrap metal prices. Several hours later and few truck loads i had about 13 frames and 8 more engines plus a lot of extra loose parts. Only ran me 150 bucks. Right now for each of my 4 kids i am working on a 110 for each of them.

110s, don't get me started. LOL I see I'm going to have to introduce you to all the evils of the trike world. Aftermarket frames, suspension kits and Tiger bits. LOL You need a Tiger grab bar as well. I don't hear the saws and the welders running yet.....get busy. Just a pic or 2 to give you hope.

Why not, i have enjoyed looking through your posts on your quest for a suspended 110 and 185s. As far as the cutting and welding go i will have to let them cool off until i get back from work. Head out on the 4th and be back a month later. The tiger will also have to fight for shop time with my HALO warthog replica. http://www.flickr.com/photos/safjist...7617534765171/

You really are a glutton for punishment! LOL Well, you have come to the right place as misery loves company. LOL Well, you are a little south and west to be near the new Tiger capital of the US. At least I'm here on the east coast and am part of the Tiger capital satellite outpost! LOL At one time we had 5 Tigers in one spot. Now we can't compare to OC250r, Bill, but it was still pretty sentimental. I still would like to see a Tiger reunion at Bills. Get everyone together and bring machinery and bits and get a group portrait.

Glad to see another TIGER fan in the making, This is how I started 6 years ago I dragged in a bunch of disassembled parts to a 250 and I was hooked!! Now I am a hardcore addict and pretty much havent stopped since. I am going to take a few of the pics posted on this thread and add them to the site. I wont be adding pics of mine until they are further along. Even yesterday I got a few my own tiger 4 pieces back. ( the excitement hasn't worn off) . I have picked them up and looked at them about 19 times since yesterday. Thats why I do this. Maybe next summer we can plan a group pic and TIGER BBQ. Vealmonkey 5 is something to be proud of....To me whether it 1 , 5 or even a swingarm I want to see it.

Other smaller or lesser known companies, such as Tiger ATV, Franks, and Cagiva, produced racing three wheelers, but in much smaller numbers. Few of these machines are known to exist today and are highly sought by collectors.

Wow. Those are awesome. What do the fuel tanks look like underneath those? Fabbed aluminum, or Fiberglass? I dont think many of us have been up close and personal with the Super4.
    I know I havent. HH

Me either, but i would love to get a closer look at one. Since there was only 50 made ( I think that number is right ) I doubt i would ever be lucky enough to find one of them.

Few more shots. These are the other three that are in my dad shop.

Last but not least, how to keep the bigfoot legend alive. We used the claws and boots as a joke on a few friends that came in down south from up north. Needless to say they would never go into the woods alone for some reason. LMAO
