If you put a good set of tires on it you should be able to grab the 4 stroke class without too much trouble unless someone comes with something crazy.

I used Conesus Rentals and they charge a $60 reservation fee that does not count toward the fee for the house. The owner I am dealing with wants a $200 security deposit (for damages) now and the money for the house one month before the rental actually happens. if you return the house undamaged you will get your $200 back.
