1985 250sx bogging on low RPMS

I just got my 250sx back together and it bogging when I first give it gas. Runs OK once I get up and going. Here is what is done to it.

    bored 1mm over
new cam, valves and valve springs
    Bassani exhaust
UNI filter.. no air box lid
350x carb.. tried both the 250sx and 350x jets.. Still does the same thing.

Please any input would be great.

    Hows the plug look?
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

Did you run it before the rebuild with the air box lid off? If it's not jetted for this then it is probably running lean.

Its wasn't at all before the rebuild.. All of the parts listed are new to the bike. I was told the 350x carb should be able to run with parts I listed. I am guessing I have to rejet.

Plug at high RPM cut looks to be running decent.. It's my low RPMS I am trying to figure out.

Have you checked for damage or binding of the float?
