125m how to make the exhaust as quiet as possible?

I have a 1986 125M, once I get finished tinkering with it, it will be primarily a farm/hunting tool. I want it to be as quiet as possible. It now has decent exhaust and sounds about as loud as any other atv, any ideas how I can make it quieter? I wonder what would happen if I took a lawn mower muffler and added it after the existing muffler, would it even be noticeable?

I also thought about making my own muffler, get some pipe weld it up to a larger tube, fill the larger tube with fiberglass (I think I have seen where you could buy muffler packing somewhere). I know I would need a primary perferated pipe running through the larger tube, I thought about getting some of the flexable exhaust tubing so I could put a bunch of bends in it; within the larger tube.
    IDEAS?

Check this thing out. I've never heard one in person, nor have I ever heard of these anyways, but I guess it's supposed to make your bike quieter...

gander mtn had some closeout on a 150$ muff for 50 bucks
atV silencer universal fit, whatever that means.

I found a car muffler on the side of the road that looks like it will hang off the back of my racks and make people laugh.

Even better if it has a bees nest in it.

It gets so quiet around here at night by the lake, the pop of a soda can will echo a few hundred yards. so I be looking for answers too.

I'm also on the lookout for some loosely woven stainless steel wool type stuff.

Any bike shop will have repacking materials for 10 bucks or so too

You said it has decent exhaust, so I assume its been replaced. Put a used stock exhaust on it (in good condition and baffle still in it) -very quiet.
