A friend of mine approached me roughly a month ago and asked me if i were interested in attending a atv safety event with him and national ama amateur A class champion Cody Suggs doing the presentation honors. I have known these guys a long time, and Cody since he was 13. Now at 21 he is an amazing and dedicated talent. Since these people live by me, they know i am a 3wheeler fanatic and love to ride. So i invited T-3 Lopes and Tecate50 to show the rest of the attendes 3wheelers are still around and lots of fun on a track if used properly. All went well until a broken shift return spring ended my day early, but i had lots of fun taking pics of Lopes and T50 battling it out on this sweet sand track. Located only 50 miles from my house, the owners and attendees were loving our bikes as they were a great lesson for all as to where their sport originated from. I talked to the owner about the possibility of holding a race there for 3wheelers only, and he said it would be something he would be very interested in hosting. There were 50-60 people there, and we were greeted to many thumbs up, questions, and smiles. It was a great day for 3wheeler safety perception, and Indiana team green.![]()
