nikon d700 with a 80-200 af-d... i know i know it's not a 70-200, but that is life. i have to stay somewhat in a budget, but i sure would like to have that internal focus in the lens...

Cool. I have a Canon T1i that I've been learning with, with the stock 18-55mm lens, but I need to get one with a better zoom

bang for the buck would be the sigma 70-200, but that's still $800, im not sure hw canon lenses work but with nikon the release a new version about every 4-6 years and the glass is still awesome.

Yeah, a little on the pricey side. Technically it's not my camera, as much as it is my dads. He's got this Dell account deal going where they credit him so much every month, so we basically got the T1i for free. Now onto a lens...

Is there any video of these races? It looks like you guys had some sweet weather and a great turn out. The pics are awesome looking and with the Fall foliage colors in the back ground they look sick.
Wish I could of made it but im on the rebound from big red truck in front of my motorcycle syndrome. The web site came a few inches from owning a Tecate and 200X. Now I get to suffer through the winter trying to have fun when I can. LoL. Gonna try for Ice racing season again but Im sure I wont get it going. Me or the Tecate.

Oh yes, any chance getting a few of the cooler pics for screen savers on the computer? I really like the 1st turn pics with all of the racers crowding in. So cool. A great screen saver. Thx and keep up the good work.
