    Ams fox tires

Just bought a set of these tires 22x11x8 for the 85 250sx. When they arrived, I noticed that they read "use beadlock wheel" on them next to the inflation information. Will these not work on the stock rims? Has anybody ever noticed this on any tires and used them on stock rims with success? I will take them to the local shop this weekend but wanted to get input here before I pull the worn out stockers off. Thanks

I just put a set on, one leaked really bad at the rim, this was with a brand new wheel! I had to use bead sealant on it, PITA. I have read others have had this same problem. They also seem kinda heavy, stiff and more squared than the stokers. Traction is great and their cheap. I just hope they don't dry rot on me.

UNsweet on the tires being a POS! I guess I should've researched a little more before buying, but as mentioned earlier, they were cheap. Any suggestions on keeping tires from dry rotting? I don't ride a lot and the SX is inside most of the time and clean.

Try running some sure seal, or even a little slime in them to keep the inside liner of the tire Moist...should help prevent the liner from Cracking and seeping air-the outside will still dry rot but as long as the inside stays good they should still hold air-...Only thing being they need to be moved around some-what often to keep it fully coated...i have yet to see a pair that are not junk.

one more thing about using slime make sure you inform any tire shop if youve used it cause they really hate that stuff, and it can spray them in the eyes, when they are dismounting them
