i highly doubt it. an atc200 will bolt right in though. Kawi and honda don't usually mingle.

    Conversion

As far as having enough room, it would probably fit, But....the mounts are completely different. You would have to cut the Honda engine mounts off, and weld on brackets for the KLT.

    Why?

    I have to ask, Why?

Why would you want to do this?

Because I can get the frame $20 and I'd like to have a rear suspension. I'v got a KLT-200C2 with no rear suspension. It's striped down the the frame. I'm going to paint it today. Was just wondering if it would work. I'v seen a Harley Motorcycle with a Chevy 350 in it so I don't count out anything.

Sure. I rewired my friends KLT 250. First I need to know how bad trailprotrailpro harness is jacked up. Does it need to be completely rewired or u just don't knowwhere some wires go? What's not hooked up? Let me know. U caught me at a bad time. I just striped mine to the bare frame. I found a wire harness and it's on it's way. Not sure when it will bw here. Mine is kinda rough but it was still doin' it's job.

Do u have any of the old harness? It's hard as hell to get everything right without a few key parts. Do u have the plug that goes in the CDI box? Do u have the plug that goes in the Regulator? Do u have the key switch, the off-on-off swith with starter pushbutton? If you don't, give me some time. I still don't know what wires do what on the Regulator. Once I get my wire harness I can do some tests and figure out what does what. My friends was pretty easy, I just needed to rewire the ignition switch, battery cables, solenoid, and coil. All the plugs where still there. Give me trailprotrailpro e-mail and I will sent some pics.

i have the plugs and the key switch but no key and the starter leads and ignition leads but i dont have the original throttle/switch assembly for the handle bar because the owner before last put a street bike throttle on. i also need to know if any shifter besides stock would fit because mines missing.

    rear suspension

I noticed in one of his posts he mentioned rear suspension. The atc 185 does not have rear suspension.

I would but I don't know how to post or pm pics. Happy B-Day! Mine is October 4, I'll be 21. I didn't have a trike or a 4-wheeler when I was trailprotrailpro age. All my freind and I had where Garden tractors. Mine had tractor grip tires so I went muddin' all the time. Now I'v got a 82 K5 Blazer that's lifted 6" with 35" tires. Me and that truck have been to heck and back. I'm gonna try and make my own wiring diagram. I get it to u as soon as I'm done. Later
