    your headpipes hitting on the cdi box? you mean the wiring coming out of it? if so flip it around so the wiring is coming out on the other side. i didnt have any problem with my bassani headpipe, but i also have a kx ignition instead of stock kxt.

    Those of you who've torn one down and put it back together know how I am feeling right now. Mount the tank, add gass, 1st Kick it fires up and roar to life.... WHO HOOOOO
    Just need to make the FMF silencer mate to the Bassani Pipe in the morning and I'll be ready for my first rip in several Years on my Brandy knew looking Tecate
    Many thanks to everyone who helped me out with parts and Advice.. As Soon as I get it out of the Cellar throught the bulkhead (after taking the rear axel off) I'll get some finisghed pics and Action shot up here ASAP
