I had a 230 Q-sport for a while...nice little quads. Mine was still the stock bore, so this guy must have at least 25hp on me, I guess thats why mine had a hard enough time running with a 225dx. I should have bored it!!!!!!!!I'm so stupid.....

The price hes asking is as funny as his claim that it out runs 250r's. I have an 86 Q'Sport myself for put-puttin around the woods with the kids.....The quad is only worth about half what hes asking....I wonder just how many people have emailed him telling him hes nutz!

I thought about offering to go easy on him and race him on MY WIFE'S Z400, but i guess that might be a bit too insulting lol!
Goofball that he is, he probably thinks the Z is faster than any 250r though....

He did email me back stating that its "highly modded" and how he watched his mechanic beat a 250r by 4 lengths in a 100yd race....Dillusional people crack me up.....

you know, my brother in law has one of thse 230's. and i'll admit, when i first rode it i was surprised how quick it was. but outrun a 250r? he must need all that money to pay his crack dealer...

LOL! You got that right. Back when i was a teenager in the early 90's, I had an 86 Q'Sport then as well. And at that time, my buddy had a mint '86 200x. We used to race every now and then when the parents werent in earshot and I would barely edge him out. Now before the crowd here calls BS on me, I only attribute it to my being a bit better rider. Switching machines, I could tell the 200x was clearly a little bit quicker up though the gears and on top as well.

I wonder why Honda never raced 200x's in the 250 class back in the day instead of 250r's....You know, being the fact that the 200x was clearly quicker than the Q'Sport, and it doesnt take much to make a Q'Sport beat an R! LOL!

I still like my little Q'Sport though, even though it beats my R....
