    Twist throttle on 86-87 200x?

I bought a used twist throttle off of ebay for my 86 200x. It did not come with a carb cap, and I already tried getting the stock carb cap off to reuse it. (Unless there is a different way to get it off). Either way motion pro claims there is no kit to make it work, that they would have to make me a custom kit. I find this hard to beleive. There has to be uniersal parts that work together from motionpro. I know my throttle came off of a running working machine. I am thinking this seller just never sent the carb cap as well. Either way I am screwed because motionpro customer service really stinks! Maybe the worst I have dealt with yet. Can anyone help me here?

How is this relevant Xpress? I just wanted some help. I preffer twist throttle. I race modern day streetbikes and after putting 10's of thousands of miles on a motorcycle, why in the world would I want to use my thumb to throttle?
