    200x xr200 engine swap

    will the xr bolt right into a 84 200x frame. need advice on this transfusion

    Kicker goes backwards, but I don't see why not.

    And don't use the RFVC 2 carb/2 header engine from the XR200 in 84 and 85.

    The one's before 84 bolt up perfect. After they don't all line up at the motor mounts. I suggest getting the 200x kicker shaft, and clutch cover and you got a six speed 200x..

    Rfvc motors were only used for the 84 200r and the 85 xr's if i remember correctly. Anything other than that is fair game including the 185's. Kicker will be an issue, if you want forward kick you have to split the cases and replace the kicker shaft. Other than that its pretty plug and play.
    84' 200x wiseco 12:1, 30mm mikuni, k&n filter, powroll cam, bassani exhaust, 6 speed trans, running on E85
