Sounds like carb problem,

I have cleaned the carb like 6 times and even tried a different carb that work on a different 125m trike, still same problem. I have also put fresh gas in it and changed the oil.
It works fine on anything less then half throttle still????

Air filter looks almost new. It has no decay and no holes in it or anything.
