I just bought a 77 atc 90 and it smokes like crazy, I have been looking at rebuilding it but my buddy has an 85 125m with a bad tranny. Can I just bolt on the 125 top end to my 90 lower? any help would be great.

This person grafted a 125m motor on CT90 bottom end. The ATC 90 and the CT90 (Other than the the kicker) motors are similar engines.
