If you pay close attention, at 1:45 I catch what I would estimate to be 8 feet of vertical air. Thats what hard work and training is about ladies and gentlemen.

My parents bought that place for a digustingly cheap price back in the 70's. It is a big part of our family, so many good times. Finally riding us-90's with bubble tires out there was amazing. I am still smiling.

US90s and "Southbound Pachyderm" are a great match. Great video. It's been a while since I rode ballon tires. The last one I had, the tires were shot and 2 tires just cracked apart while I was riding. Had to throw them away. Not even worth keeping. I bought the adapters and rode with later model wheels and tires. I've never had the chance to ride the sand though. Super Cool.

That was KOOL ! Now if we could all just go back in thim to the date they were made when times were simpler and the U.S. was a different place to be ... and we didn't have this Obama economy ... Now that would be something to see ...

Yes, then we would just be dealing with the Vietnam war economy! LOL And all the families who really lost family members for little or no reason. No Thanks.

No hyjacking allowed for political arguments guys. I think we can all agree that if we go back to 1970 we would spend every dime we have to buy up as many us-90's and bubble tires as possible

Haha I saw that hop on the pavement as well on the editing. I think we were both lost in the moment riding those bikes. We planned on just riding around the yard and then we just both took off for the dunes. It was an unstoppable urge.

As for the tires, I don't know of any wheel/tire combos that even come close to matching these tires. Though I have thought hard about sending a front and rear to china to be copied and remade.

I am so pissed I did not sell off the tires I had, I acquired a amphicat 6x6 that came with about 10 of those tires, most were in good shape. I sold the amphicat with all the tires..

Yeah we debated on pushing them down the paved section but then the camera was rolling and we got excited lol. Dont worry, this isn't an everyday thing, we just promised ourselves this ride a long time ago. Like bret, I am still smiling! As for the Ohtsu perfomance- I was amazed at how steep a dune you could go up in 1st gear low. The climb would get steeper and steeper and you would be at a near standstill but it would just find more traction! The sand was a little damp so that helped. I hope you guys like this vid- next up is some 87 T3 vrs 85 250r footage from the same trip last weekend!!

I used the sucksion cup mount for all the us-90 footage. Most of it is attached to the rear fender. One section on the front fender chasing ezmoney, and a couple I stuck it to various peoples helmets.

I used the sticky mounts on helmets and to ezmoney's chest protector for the 250r vs kxt250 vs 200x footage
