It shouldn't be. The only reason they get all ''anal'' is because of all the pollution in the air. I've seen and heard of alot of 2 strokes at the dunes in Cali.(250r's,shee's etc..)

I'm sorry to say if you have a new 2 stroke then that means that you you'll propably get a RED sticker and not a green sticker. The red stickers can only be ridden at sertent riding areas and sertent(spelling) time of month. I'm just hoping that I don't get a RED sticker when I register my 175 tri.

    Here's a list of riding spots: http://ohv.parks.ca.gov/default.asp?page_id=21928

The stickers go by production year. So a Tecate will have no problem getting a green sticker. Happy Trails!

ANY ohv gets a green sticker if it is older than 2003. and special bikes get green stickers after that (basicaly any motorcross bikes and all 2 strokes dont have a chance at being green) any questions about a certain bike you can pm me and ill tell you.

on most bikes its a fairly easly instalation and i would recomend to do it yourself. and when you do get it running and decide to license it youll be glad you got this info

Sry about the late reply. Their's a new sound DB level that rangers and officers well be inforcing on people. So if it has aftermarket silencer LOOK OUT, maybe try to find a stocker. Some stock quads and bikes don't pass the db limit.

    before 86-101db?
