Its snowin in toledo

Hey everyone I just purchased my new computer so I havent been on in a while.
Well where spose get 6-8 inchs tonight I wana get out and ride when I get this parts list.
Well I havent rode in about 2 months and since then the honda 200m does not start. I know im having a little carb issue, I was planning on rebuilding it I dont think thats my starting issue.

We think my coil went out? It was starting a while ago, dad tryed to jump start the ingistion controll and I think thats what burned it out. It cranks and sounds like it almost wants to get over it just doesent....Well Ill be inside today soo any help would be great! (Sorry for the book)
