    Question Just Finished my build ~ 250R Won't idle , Any Idea's ?

Fresh top end, Fresh fluids, Torqued down to spec.

    New Carb~ Keihin PWK 38mm, 52 Pilot & 185 Main, Needle 4th slot at bottomT ( air /fuel adj. 1 turn ~ 2 Turns out )

( Idle Screw - Does not Respond )

I can start it, but i have to Hold the Throttle Slightly open & keep holding it for it to idle.

    Let me know

On my Pilot with the new carb I had to cut off some of the spring on the idle screw. Have you tried adjusting the screw all the way in without the spring?
    Nothing to ride... for now

If it's doing what I'm thinking take the spring off of the idle screw and crank it up the same as before except this time you will be able to screw it in father but do it slowly. As you screw it in it should open the slide mor and more until it maintains a good steady idle. But if you screw it in a bunch to start with you will be cranking it up close to quarter throttle to start with. Hope this helps you
