Does anybody here know Dee Nelson AKA tundrawillie from Jemison Alabama

I am trying to get a hold of this guy if anybody has any contact with him let me know . I beleive he scammed me out of $400 worth of parts . He contacted me over a month ago now and wanted to know if I was willing to use his hydraulic hose services to make my ATC front brake hoses , said he has all the correct banjo ends and crimping machine and correct spec hose and said he could make my hoses way cheaper than the guy i was currentley using . Im always willing to try out new vendors to help keep my prices down for the buyer so me being as trustfull as i am agreed to send him out 2 brand new front brake hoses to use as a sample 1 350x and 1 250r front hose and because i had the special clear sheathing made and the silicone ends he wanted me to send out those so he could use them on the sample hoses for me , I talked to him several times on the phone seemed like a nice guy etc etc . so i sent them 2 complete new hoses and enough supplies to make 6 sample hoses for me so i can check the quality etc before i agreed to make a large order . sent everything out over 6 weeks ago and bam the guy dissapeared doesnt return emails I have called wont pick up the phone , this pisses me right off he has posted on here alot about making carbon fiber parts etc Im trying to find out if anyone else has heard from him . I was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt that maybe he got sick or hurt or something but I think he is an outright scammer and i fell for it . any info would be appreciated I want my stuff back grrr....

About the same time he joined here he was on facebook making freinds with any and everyone he could. I even clicked the OK button. So I see this and decide to look for you...guess what he's no longer on FB and all of his post's on the trike pages are gone. I though all he did was powdercoating and knew someone for carbon fiber. I could not see sending a frame or anything a thousand miles away to get done when I could go down the road and get the same thing cheaper. ALOT CHEAPER. On FB he was trying to pass off a TPC as his and I told him I didn't know Bill sold one to anyone in Alabama. After a few messages he told me it was a cool pic of a trike that he liked. I figured scammer and left it as that. I MAY BE WRONG but he's nowhere to be found now

yea I think my feeling it is a scam is correct . Its the entire principle of this that gets my blood boiling . I would do anything to help out anyone the best i could when it comes to 3 wheelers and for a guy to take advantage of that and come off as a friend is just un imaginable to me . this is how stupid this guy is the 3 wheeler community is real small we all know each other and watch he others back does this guy think he will be able to stay out of the radar forever he will pop is head up at some point and will have to deal with this all for what getting a couple of free brake hoses , what comes around goes around he will regret doing this real fast ..some people are just amazing //

Mike, I even called him out a month ago. He said he had front fender braces, brake line guides etc etc, yet never posted a picture OR a price! What type of salesman is that??

I wish you had checked his join date, I think it was just a couple months ago. In that case, he may have seen 1 hose to work on.....

I have seen this a couple of time recently. You guys really need to be more careful who you're sending money to. I won't send anything to anybody from this site unless they are an established member who has been on here for a few years and has something to lose. If they have nothing to lose, I just won't deal with them. They really don't care if they make a bad name for themselves because their whole profile was probably created just to skrew people. Myself and TecateDan had a kid recently trying to sell us both the same part. I messaged with him a couple of times and it quickly became clear to me that the kid was either not that bright or trying to pull a fast one. Then I talked to Dan only to find out he was messaging the same guy. I told Dan to be very careful. Dan suggested to the guy that he ship the part to us and then he would pay. The guy wouldn't do it, surprise surprise.

No I did check up on him and his join date was 2005 and he seemed pretty active in the forums as far as building short track tanks etc . I deal with all types of people everyday in business and generally I am pretty good at feeling out tire kickers and real people , I think this one got me though . hey its one of those life lessons like i tell my kids all people are not good ..(LOL) doesnt mean i cant email him and call everyday to remind him he has my stuff I get up early too everday that would be a great time to call and say Hi ..

Wow, a member since '05 doing this? That's pretty shocking. In that case I can't say he wouldn't have gotten me either. Hopefully somebody catches up with him.

I have him on Fb and just talked to him last week. He has my short track tank, shrouds. I've seen pics posted of him working on reproing them. I talked to him on the phone at length and got mailing address/phone #s and numerous ways to contact him before I sent stuff out. I don't think he is a scammer but I had another member PM me asking to get in contact with him also. I passed the message on and haven't heard anything yet. I just searched back through my phone calls (Which don't expire on my cell phone) all the way back to October 18th where I have # I just tried to send a text to and it said it was a land line. I will send him another message on FB with a link to this thread and try calling later this evening when I get home.

thanks billy , like you said I didnt think he was a scammer either but I dont understand why I am getting no response from him , his last post on 3ww was around the day he received all my stuff so he hasnt posted on here since . I will see if he gets a hold of me at this point I just want my stuff back and i will continue to use the guy I have been using he is very good I was just trying to see if I could save a couple of bucks and drop my prices to sell more to guys on the board . thanks for the info

He's about in the middle of Alabama, and I'm at the tippity top. But I'll ask around, I've got a contact or two in Chilton County(where Jemison's at), and I'll see if I cant get some info. I love my trikes, and I dont have the income to send parts away on a magic damn pony, so thieves are worse than scum to me.
