350x tripple tree or frame bent?
I just picked up a 350x locally for cheap....I knew it needed some work but I didn't look at the forks/front end...my mistake...the forks were really bent so I swaped out some from a 84 250r I had (actually whole front end from the forks down just to test it).
Bike is much better but still pulls to the right. Could the tripple tree or frame be bent? Or maybe the tree is not lined up correctly?
The handle bars are off to the right if I line the tire up straight...and with handlebars straight, tire points to the left a bit. I checked the rear tire circumfrence and got them the idential size to eliminate that variable...
What do you guys think? What should I check?

loosen the trees and straighten them up... they can come out of alignment very easy. if the frame was bent the forks would be crooked to the bike when viewed from the front.
