Absolutely gorgeous. Did you have the crank balanced?
Yep, The crank was stroked to 69mm and then balanced to the big piston. A new rod was clearnced for the stroker also.
I worked on the silencer that I'm using on the build today. I polished on it and had to make a new baffle for it. It's a old school round silencer.![]()
Motor is in. The brakes are bled. I got a billet clutch basket ordered for a clutch to hold up to the mugen. Pipe is still at the shop getting ceramic coated. Won't be long now.![]()
looks fantastic!
Got the clutch in today but they didn't include the rivets. I think its going to work well. It uses newer model clutch disk off a 300ex. If this one works out I'm going to get one for the 300r and the 350r.![]()
I got the chain cut, the brakes bled and the kicker and shifter painted and installed. Still waiting on the pipe and trying to get the clutch setup to work. Here's some updated pictures.![]()
Looks awesome! are you going to fab up a head stay??
it looks awesome, but the rear wheels are jsut to big as a 10" wheel. i think it would look better with 8" wheels and shorter/wider tires. but that's just my 2 cents. Outside of the rear wheels/tires, it looks amazing man.
