What 250r pipe do I have? PICS

Here is a pipe that came on an 82 250r that i bought. It actually sounded really good. Anyone tell me what kind it is and if it will fit a second generation R too? thanks, collin

It's a bassani I think. Someone got creative on the covers. They usaually only have a stock cover on the front but yours has some sort of cover on the back also. What other parts are on the machine?

As far as aftermarket, the only other thing was an extended aftermarket swingarm. It appears to be factory. Ill get pics up in a bit

That pipe and silencer are definatly Bassani. I dont know about the swingarm kinda looks like a Force4 with a modded shock mount. maybe a modded Dico swinger.

The pipe will not fit on a second gen R, at least not correctly, as the bends are different, especially in the rear where the silencer comes down.

How long is that swingarm? It looks like they cut in a extra 5" in it on top of how much the aftermarket company made into it. I don't think it is a force. They incorperated a hole where you can run drum or disk brakes. Thats a cool old racer you got there. Do you know any history of the bike?

Looks like someone took a Bassani sticker and stuck it on the swingarm..Beets
