Man I been workn on this thing restoreing it for 3 months... I've gotten 2 different master cylinders and can't seem to get a good one. Do any of you guys know a good replacement like from another atv or something? I was wondering if a 400ex or a 450r trx one would work... I was guessing its a hydraulic brake so why not... Any one try something else?

Yes just about any bike or atv cylinder will work. I like the crf cylinders best myself.

I've had a hard time bleeding my master cylinders on my R and a 200x I drilled a hole on a extra master cyl cover I had and blew compressed air in then it was fine I even bought another used masrer cyl and iI still could get it to work.
