    26x12x12 tires, on ITP 12x7 inch rims? will it work.

    Hello, sorry if this is a repost. That damn search thing never takes me anywhere useful..... Anyways, i want to buy a set of kenda bearclaws. 26x12x12, and i need 12 inch rims to be able to get them in 26" size. So i'm buying 2 12x7 inch itp rims. Just wondering if a 12 inch wide tire, would even seat on a 7 inch rim, will it stay on in rough terrain, or will it fall off...
    Im sure someone has experience with this. If not, whats the largest size you could fit on a 7 inch wide rim.
    This is for my 85 250es By the way.

    no worries, they will fit just fine! I had 26x12x12 Outlaws on 12x7 rims never had a problem.
