    1982 honda atc 110 lights problem

    So my friend has a problem with his trike, when he bought it the headlight and tailight were both burnt out, and when he put bulbs in they fryed, and also on idle u could barely see it and when you rev it up it went super bright, it did this for about 2 mins. then fried. hes thinking its over volting. any ideas to whats going on?? and how to fix it??
