    ATC110 Low end stumble

My 110 has been sitting for awhile, wouldn't run for unknown reason until the other day. It turns out the cam chain skipped a tooth, it didn't happen while it was running so I believe the valves are not bent. I put a new set of rings in this engine prior to it sitting.

Now that it's running the problem it's somewhat had for awhile has gotten worse. It has a very bad off-idle stumble. If you put it in gear and give it just a little throttle, it wants to stall and often does if you don't give it some more gas. If fiddled with the carburetor as much as I can and nothing seems to help, I've cleaned it out and it's clear but the problem still persists.

It's a 1980 model so it has points ignition. Could weak spark cause these issues? Besides the stumble the engine does not seem to want to rev out. It starts to sputter and miss (the exhaust not gets loud as well) when you go WOT. Points are clean but pitted a little.

I would agree with the points, I did the points on my 70 and my brother's 70. Before the points in my bro's it was acting just the way your 110 is, now it is like a totally different bike. I did mine when I got it over the summer, then my bro got his 70 and his was lots slower than mine and acted like carb problems. After carb rebuild it was the same, new points and HOT ROD or for a 70 at least.
