    84 250r Carb Jetting?????????

    So I bought a used 84 carb of fleebay cpl weeks back, so get to cleaning it and I notice the main jet is a hex type??? I check the parts list on cpl sites and in the pictures it shows as being the slot/small stubby screw type like in my original carb for my 81, So is this correct? supposed to be a hex? anybody have a 84 carb they can confirm or deny this with? Reason being the carb is way overjetted for my 81, THX

    If its a keihin PJ carb the hex shaped jet is the main and there will also be another jet just in front of the main down in a port looking hole that is slotted on top for a flat head and that one is the pilot.
