    anybody know what this fender is for

    i got this fender for free from the plumber guy that did work on the house i am renting. it is in good shape has some scuff from being tossed around, and dirt on it. but the fender was never mounted. i tried to look up the part number on it but couldnt find anything.
    the part number is

    rear fender
    80100-HC3-0100

    that is how its stamped on the fender

    zppeacock is correct. Thats exactly what it is. 87 trx125. The full part number would be 80100-HC3-000ZA. The ZA is used by Honda denoting that it is a plastic part but is not on the fender. Basically, once the mold is made for the fender, Honda does not change the last portion of the part number for every run of fenders because it is expensive to retool.
