You most likely Wont find much on it here, For the simple fact..That Re-building them very's from Shock to shock...And its not just a Re-place seals and done type of thing, Best off for you to spend the Money and get it done by someone who know's what there doing and is Set up to do it right...If you Really want to do it Yourself...and learn how to do it right...its going to cost a lot more.![]()

Ive got an 85 250r shock that need to be rebuilt. The knob from which the shock can be adjusted need sum minor attention also. My email is danielmoody12@gmail.com. I would like to get this shock rebuilt. I also have another one that is on my 250r that is "soft".....too soft......do i need to add nitrogen or does this one need a rebuild also?!? Thanks
