    stainless/chrome 350x headers

    does anybody know where to find a stainless or chrome header pipe for my 85 350x? i hear rumors that a 400 ex one will fit but i dont want to screw around and bend up my pipe or frame any help would be great
    1976 XL100
    1978 Z50
    1980 NC 50 Express
    1983 ATC 185S (staightpiped)

    I had a cobra header chromed once. Looks great when it discolors IMO.

    You can buy new cobra headers for $50ish by the way.
    80s......185 atc, Yamaha tri-moto 200, 85 200x with tons of work
    90s......89 Suzuki quad racer 250 (raced 250 A class for 6 years, late 90s.. custom framed 250x with long travel shocks and a built 350x motor.... built Honda 110
    00s...... chomeoly framed 350 RX with all the goodies (thanks to my bro)
    2012.....Replaced the 350x motor for a 444cc YZ426

    I just put the same DG setup on my 86" 350x. Looks great! But be sure to clean it good or when it heats up the smuges and fingerprints will set in and stain the chrome.

    if my stock header is solid enough is there any reason i couldnt have thatone chromed? im opposed to buying that DG system because im a fan of supertrapp and just put that on. i just like the bluing that the chrome does

    you can blast your old one and get it plated its not cheap you could even get it gold plated just to be funny
