    Need pics of a 350x brake hose guide

    Hey guys, just about done getting all the parts for my resto, but one thing I cant find is the wire brake hose guide for the front brakes. I was hoping someone here could post a few good detailed pics of one, I'm planning on just trying to make one myself. Much appreciated...

    I think I have a broken one if you want it, at least you can use the base plate from it. Give me a couple hours and I will get a pic of the one on my show girl, it is still virgin. Years ago I bought 6 new ones,, the only good one left is on the show girl

    That would be great, I've never seen one, except in a couple pics. Do they just break that easily? Hopefully I can make it work. Thanks

    And yea they do break or bend to hell even with the smallest rollover.

    Not that I'm aware of...sittinguy sent me one of his broken base plates and I just fabricated a new wire. Came out nice....

    I've always felt that the stiff upper OEM hose needs that elongated guide.

    I switched to SS braided lines and have a YZ white plastic readily available guide for it. It's a 2 piece thing - metal mount, plastic guide. If the plastic breaks, your out 7$.

    It's for my 350X with the 450R swinger so I won't have pics until I'm done........

    So one off a YZ will work also...please post some pics of it when you get a chance...I have a feeling mine may break in the future....
