    What would you do

would you trim both sides to match and not have a crack or leave it these fenders are I'd say 9 out of 10 without the crack. I'm gonna put on these Rath racing heel guards and monster pegs. I ordered a set of conversion bracket from Jason Hall to use the 450R pegs. Hope it all works out. Where the crack is it comes out perfect with the top of he heel guard. Ill start a new like with picture of all my parts and what i've done and as I go it gona have either a 310 ESR PV or a 350 PV if I think I can handle it. LOL

There's people out there that can plastic weld those to like new, if there was some plastic missing then it wouldn't be worth trying to save, but these appear to be all there and are worth saving IMO.

OK I havent found anyone around here that thought it would last the guard fit with the fenders stock length

I am yet to see one plastic welding job done correctly that retains it's strength.

I'm just saying that your 250r fender is in very good condition, with the exception of the crack, and can be made to look good again. It would be sad to see a nice fender like that get cut up. You can probably get a maier fender for very cheap and there would be no regret with modifying it.

Drill it and stitch it with red zip ties. I'm with DC on the plastic welding. Never seen it hold up.
