I believe you have to use a press to get it out.

Oh im using a press but it isnt budging.

Warm the clamp slightly around the stem with a torch. It will pop all the sudden & scare the heck out of you LOL. Don't go nuts, aluminum will just melt away In one big blob like solder If you get It to hot.
