    PROBLEM old school started!

This thing was rode hard and put away wet for 20 years, every nut, bolt, etc. is rusted in place. Im having a real problem now with the inner axle lock nut, of course, the bike is stripped down the nothing, so there is not much to hang on too. :x . Anyone able to get these things off by themselves?? seems like you need 2 people, at minimum. BTW, can I get new axle nuts from Honda??

Holic, on mine, all i did was use a big ass crecent wrench, and it came right off, i'm not sure if honda still sells them, but if you ever need any other parts for it, let me know, i still got alot for sale...

i also know that alot of ppl heat it up, and that helps

Put a cresent wrench on it and at least an 8' piece of pipe off the wrench's handle.
[20:55] <waterpumper> putting a racing pipe on a Foreman is like putting a high dollar bikini on a 400 pound chick...just because it fits doesn't mean it looks cool

well here is what i did a lng time ago, when i didnt have a big ass wrench, just find the biggest pair of vice grips you got, open them almost all the way, and just clamp them on there as hard as you can, put a pipe on the handle, and wrench on it, it should break loose......another way is, get a flat head screw driver, a chisel, and a , and try to turn the nut by chiseling the side, i did this on my old tri-z

got it., Im going to get a big box of stuff together to send it to my plater. I hope some of the parts aren't to crusty to be cleaned and plated. Going to do a little chrome on the old school style. (probably electroless nickle-harder than your common "chrome" plating.) I hope he can do my DG pipe, that would be sweet.
