    ATV VS Motorcycle oil

I just finished rebuilding the engine on my 84 atc200s I ran to the auto parts store today looking for some oil they did not have any "ATV" oil but they had motorcycle oil. My question is what (if any) is the difference, also conventional or synthetic? Thanks.

Use the search and you should find a few threads that deal with the oil choices, its a subject that has been discussed quite a bit and basically many views and opinions!

I use the Honda oil, its non synthetic (i believe they have a synthetic now)

The motorcycle oil will probably work fine

I would stay away from synthetic on an old motor, it finds a way out better than non synthetic and you might have wet spots under your bikes with it.
