    Handlebar clamps...Need help

    Ok I made the mistake of getting new handlebars for my 85 250 R,but forgot that the triple tree clamps are wide. The new bars are a tad to narrow so the clamps are not seating flat. Question is, are there any offset clamp adapters out there. Found some for a snowmobile, but not sure if theyll work. Any ideas before i send these bars back.
