Need help w front master cylinder for 200x

Oh boy where do I start w this one? I bought a 200x that was sitting under a co workers tarp.Anyway I went to flush all the fluids, the screws on the front master were so stripped out I had to drill the heads off to get the cap off the ressy. As I was turning the screws the 1 screw twisted an bent and busted the brittle plastic res cup off.I got 2 of the screws out and the last 2 just twisted off to the metal master.Right now Im Sob'ing a bunch of things.Do I go buy a new master assembly?try to drill the peanut sized screws out of the hole and rebuild master or comandeer another master cylinder intact from somewhere or Something?I only got bike for $ 200 bucks,I might have a little bit over 200 into it.I got the dg pipe,a new grab bar to replace the steel rusty one and eventually I will need to buy new plastics for it.Anyways thanks for the help much appreciated as this is my 1st atc I have owned .

I needed one for my 86 200x as well. The piston in it was stuck, and the little window had rotted out, losing all the fluid. Found a brand new one on Ebay, lever and all for 49 bux. It fit a trx 200 4 wheeler or something like that. Brake hose mounted differently, but works great.

just about any Honda dirt, ATV front res will work with the 200x calipers

One of my X`s has a 90`s XR250R front master, the other has a KX85front master, and the third one has a master off an 05 or something CR85... I didn`t pay over 25$ shipped for any of these off Ebay

All bolted right up ...use the NEWER brake line banjo bolts with the new masters and the old brake lines or the newer banjo bolts with the newer brakelines if you bought them with the line...I had to use one of the CR front brake lines to tide me over till I replaced the original X one...works fine just a little long

I replaced my reservoir with a new one from honda. Its part number 45511-166-006 its $30.14 you can see the fluid level a lot better because it isnt yellowed with age. All you get is the little reservoir for that price just so you know.
