on a side note, how many mph did this accident occur at??? Those forks and rear hub/axle are fried to the max...must have been a good bit of speed involved I would think 
I really can't agree with atc70, although it will be a good project, I've seen worse ones brought back. I don't see a ton of work to be done. Obviously the main cost will be the forks and axle, other than that just a few odds and ends and a good bit of cleanup and that won't be a bad trike, if the motor is fine. Nos, looks like it's time to hit ebay LOL
